1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player", "you", or "your") and MBI666 (hereinafter "MBI666", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at https://mbi666.cam and all associated services, products, and features offered therein (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing, registering on, or using the MBI666 platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must cease use of the platform immediately.

MBI666 operates an online casino and sports betting platform available to users in permitted jurisdictions worldwide, including players accessing the platform from Malaysia, subject to the user's own responsibility to verify the legality of online gambling under applicable local laws. MBI666 operates under international licensing and is not regulated by any Malaysian governmental authority.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

3 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an active Account on MBI666, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times during your use of the Services:

• You are at least 21 years of age. MBI666 does not permit persons under the age of 21 to register, access, or use any Services. This age threshold applies regardless of the minimum legal gambling age in your jurisdiction.
• You are a natural person acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You do not hold any existing Account on the MBI666 platform. One Account person is the strict limit; duplicate accounts constitute a violation of these Terms.
• You are not a current or former employee, officer, director, agent, or contractor of MBI666 or any affiliated entity, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion programme operated by MBI666 or any external problem gambling scheme from which you have not formally removed yourself.
• You have the full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction.

4 Account Registration

The registration of an Account requires the provision of accurate, complete, and current information. You agree to maintain the accuracy of all information provided and to update it promptly in the event of any changes.

During registration, you will be required to provide, at minimum, a valid username, password, email address, date of birth, and country of residence. All such information must reflect your true identity and circumstances.

• You are solely responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password. Do not share your credentials with any third party.
• Any activity conducted through your Account using valid credentials will be deemed to have been carried out by you personally, and you will bear full responsibility for such activity.
• In the event you become aware of any unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify MBI666 immediately via Live Chat or the contact details provided in Section 15 of these Terms.
• MBI666 reserves the right to refuse registration of any Account application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons.

5 Identity Verification (KYC)

MBI666 is obligated under its international licensing conditions to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification for all players prior to the processing of any withdrawal request. KYC may also be triggered at any other point during a Player's use of the Services at MBI666's discretion.

The following documents will typically be required as part of the KYC process:

• Proof of Identity: A valid, government-issued photo identification document, such as a Malaysian MyKad, Passport, or Driver's Licence. The document must be current and must clearly display your full name, date of birth, and photograph.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill (e.g., Tenaga Nasional, Syabas, or equivalent), bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the last three (3) months, displaying your full name and residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: Documentation confirming ownership of the payment method used for deposits, such as a screenshot of your registered e-wallet account or bank account statement header.
• Selfie Verification: A clear photograph of yourself holding your identity document with your face fully visible, taken at the time of submission.

Failure to complete KYC verification to MBI666's satisfaction within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or the closure of the Account. MBI666 will endeavour to complete KYC reviews within 24–48 hours of receiving a complete set of required documents.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

MBI666 supports a range of payment methods specifically selected to serve Malaysian players, including but not limited to: Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, DuitNow, FPX, and select cryptocurrency options including Bitcoin (BTC) and Tether (USDT).

The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in the Player's own name. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum deposit amounts and minimum withdrawal amounts apply per payment method and are displayed within the Platform's cashier section.
• MBI666 targets e-wallet withdrawal processing times of under 5 minutes for Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay under normal operating conditions. DuitNow and FPX transfers typically complete within 5 to 15 minutes. These are target ranges and do not constitute guaranteed processing commitments.
• Bank wire transfers may take between 15 and 60 minutes under normal conditions. In exceptional circumstances, processing may take longer.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification and confirmation that all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied.
• MBI666 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the amount is significant or where the Account shows unusual activity patterns.
• Players may only withdraw funds using a payment method that has previously been used to make a deposit into the Account, or an alternative method approved through the KYC process.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

MBI666 offers various promotional incentives to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, birthday bonuses, referal commissions, cashback offers, and loyalty tier rewards. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer, as well as the general provisions set out in this section.

• Bonus Funds are credited separately from Real Money deposits and are subject to applicable wagering requirements before any portion of the balance may be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified in the relevant promotional offer. Any unmet portion of the wagering requirement will result in forfeiture of the associated Bonus Funds and any winings derived therefrom upon expiry.
• MBI666 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotional offer at any time, with or without prior notice, at its absolute discretion.
• Only one promotional offer may be claimed per promotion period per Account unless specifically stated otherwise in the offer terms.
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to the creation of multiple Accounts to claim bonuses, use of automated betting software to exploit bonus terms, or any form of collusion to artificially satisfy wagering requirements, constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and may result in forfeiture of all balances and permanent Account closure.
• Birthday bonuses are subject to VIP tier qualification at the time of the Player's birthday month. The amounts stated in promotional materials (Bronze MYR 188 / Silver MYR 388 / Gold MYR 888/ VIP MYR 2,688) are maximum figures and are subject to verification of tier status.
• Referral bonuses are credited upon confirmation that the referred individual has successfully registered and completed qualifying first deposit. MBI666 reserves the right to withold referal bonuses where there is evidence of fraudulent referal activity.

8 Prohibited Conduct

In using the MBI666 platform, you agree that you will not engage in any of the following prohibited conduct. Any breach of this section may result in immediate Account suspension or closure, forfeiture of balance, and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, whether through coordinating bets, sharing account information, or otherwise acting in concert to gain an unfair advantage.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC, or at any other stage of your relationship with MBI666.
• Attempting to exploit any technical error, software glitch, or pricing anomaly in the platform's games or betting markets.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, financing of illegal activities, or other financial crime.
• Registering more than one Account, whether in your own name or under any alias, pseudonym, or third-party identity.
• Allowing, facilitating, or encouraging any person under the age of 21 to access or use your Account or the platform generally.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract source code from any part of the platform or its software.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abusive language, or threatening behaviour toward MBI666 staff or other platform users.

9 Intellectual Property

All content available on the MBI666 platform, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, brand names, software, game designs, graphics, text, audio, video, and the overall presentation and compilation of such materials (collectively, "Platform Content"), is the exclusive intellectual property of MBI666 or its licensed content providers.

No Platform Content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or otherwise exploited without the prior express written consent of MBI666. Your use of the platform does not grant you any ownership rights in or to any Platform Content.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas submitted by you to MBI666 may be used by MBI666 freely and without obligation to you, including for product improvement and development purposes.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MBI666, its directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to:

• Your use of or inability to use the platform or Services;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of Services, whether due to technical failures, maintenance, or any other cause;
• Any loss of data, winings, or funds arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your own failure to maintain credential security;
• Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers, including e-wallet operators and banking institutions;
• Any losses arising from your reliance on the accuracy of odds, game outcomes, or other platform data.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit MBI666's liability for matters that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11 Responsible Gambling

MBI666 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We provide a range of tools and resources to assist players in managing their gambling activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, reality checks, and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible through your Account settings.

MBI666 reserves the right to impose mandatory account restrictions on any Player who, in our reasonable assessment, exhibits signs of problem gambling, irespective of whether that Player has requested such restrictions.

12 Account Suspension & Closure

MBI666 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct;
• Duplicate account registration;
• Evidence that the registered Account holder is under 21 years of age;
• Engagement in bonus abuse or other forms of exploitative behaviour;
• A court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request requiring account action;
• Inactivity of 12 consecutive months, subject to applicable dormant account provisions.

In the event of Account closure for cause, any outstanding Bonus Funds and associated winnings will be forfeited. Real Money balances may be returned to the Player via the original deposit method, subject to satisfactory completion of KYC and confirmation that no breach of these Terms has occurred. MBI666 will communicate its decision regarding balance return within a reasonable timeframe.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which MBI666 holds its international gaming licence.

In the event of any dispute between you and MBI666, both parties agree to endeavour in good faith to resolve the matter through direct negotiation in the first instance. You may submit a formal complaint to our customer support team, which will investigate and provide a written response within 14 business days.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration under the procedural rules applicable under MBI666's licensing framework. The language of any arbitration proceedings shall be English.

14 Amendments to These Terms

MBI666 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Where amendments are material, MBI666 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via a notification on the platform or by email to the address registered against your Account.

Your continued use of the MBI666 platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept any amended Terms, you must immediately cease use of the platform and request closure of your Account.

The version of these Terms applicable to any particular dispute will be the version that was in force at the time the relevant event or conduct giving rise to the dispute occurred.
